FHIA is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative to assist our Call Center team at our Fort Lauderdale, FL location! Come join an industry leader and the #1 remodeling company in Florida! 

 

The Customer Support Representative provides potential and existing customers with exceptional services. They identify customer needs, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.

 

Required to be bilingual in both English and Spanish - speaking, reading, writing!

What You’ll Do: 

  • Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints
  • Collaborating with the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications
  • Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 1+ years of customer support, call center or a similar experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - speaking, reading, writing!
  • Prior experience operating CRM systems preferred
  • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
  • Great organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve
